U15 Girls Selected for Inter-Regional Championships

We’re excited to announce that all seven of our U15 Girls have been selected to compete in this year’s Inter-Regional Championships (IRCs) – Volleyball England’s premier junior competition. The IRCs bring together teams from the nine Volleyball Regional Associations to showcase the best young talent from across the country.
Five of our players will represent the South West squad, while two have been chosen to play for Wales – a fantastic achievement for a group in their first season of 6v6 competition.
Aged mainly 13 and 14 (with one 15-year-old), these girls have had an impressive debut season, finishing 9th nationally and securing Bronze medals in the Gold pool of the VE U15 Grand Prix series.
Adding to this success, two players have been selected for the Volleyball England pathways program and are being scouted as potential junior England internationals.
We’re incredibly proud of everything they’ve achieved so far and can’t wait to see them in action at the IRCs.
